One conversation = one visitor session with your AI agent, regardless of how many messages they send. If the same visitor returns tomorrow and chats again, that's a second conversation. You can see your current usage anytime on your dashboard.
We email you at 80%, 95%, and 100% of your quota. Once you hit 100%, new visitor chats show a friendly "we'll get back to you" message and capture the lead's contact info — so you still get the lead, but no AI response. Upgrade instantly from the dashboard; the overage policy (paid per-conversation over-use) is off by default so you'll never get a surprise bill.
Monthly plans have a one-time setup fee ($997 on Starter & Professional, $1,497 on Enterprise) that covers onboarding, data import, and your white-glove configuration call. The setup fee is WAIVED on every annual plan — going annual is the single biggest way to save. No contract either way: cancel in two clicks from your PayPal account and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Email is ready out of the box — we route through our multi-provider chain (Resend → SendGrid → SMTP) from our sending domain. SMS is delivered via Twilio on our platform account for Pro+ plans. For high-volume SMS campaigns you'll want to register your own A2P 10DLC brand for deliverability; our team can walk you through that during onboarding.
Every plan includes a Zapier-compatible webhook that fires when a new lead is captured. Paste your Zapier catch-hook URL into Settings → Integrations and map the fields in Zapier. For bi-directional sync or advanced flows, the Professional and Enterprise tiers expose read/write REST APIs.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) via our Neon Postgres database. Your leads and conversations are tenant-isolated by API key; we never share data between clients and never sell or share with third parties. GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Cancel anytime from PayPal. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period (we store that as accessEndsAt in our system), then gracefully deactivates. Your data stays in our database for 90 days in case you re-subscribe, then is permanently deleted on request.
